Message	I am betting that she will not be allowed to go to traffic school, but if she is problem solved. But if she is not allowed a really easy way to get out of a ticket is to send a 'motion for discovery' or something to that effect. In a sence you are asking the court to provide you with all information they have on the inncident. Most courts are so back logged on tickets that they often miss getting you the information. And if they fail to provide you with the documants, you merely so the judge that you were not given the proper documents after requesting them and he will have the case thrown out.
